1. Where are we located?
Beachgold HQ is currently located in Bali, Indonesia. You can visit our Flagship store here and find our collections in a variety of stores worldwide. For a full list of our stockists, please head to the Stockist tab on our homepage.
2. Where are online orders shipped from?
We currently send all online ours from our HQ in Bali, Indonesia. Please note that this means business days for shipping follow the Indonesian public-holiday calendar.
3. What currency is used on our online store?
The currency used on our online store is in US Dollars. There is a currency converter tab on the right top corner of our homepage that you can use to convert to the currency of your choice.
4. Can I make changes to my online order once it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, we do not allow for any changes.
5. Am I responsible for duty and custom charges for my order?
Yes, all international customers are responsible for any charges incurred within their own country. Beachgold has no responsibility or control over these charges. For further information please contact your local customs office. Beachgold will declare the full price of the piece for the shipment and include a packing invoice for customs as required.
6. I saw an item on your online store however it isn't available anymore, I am still able to purchase it?
There may be a possibility that we have some pieces available from past collections, please email email@example.com with a description or photo of the item you are interested in.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
All pieces are made to order, thus we require 7 working days to process your order. Shipping varies dependent on the destination of the shipment, however we estimated between 5-10 working days from dispatch. If the item you have ordered is going to take a longer time frame to make, we will notify you via email with a list of available options.
8. Can I get a refund or exchange for a damaged item?
