GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We currently send all orders from our headquarters in Bali, Indonesia.

Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

We will endeavor to process all online shopping within 7 business days of placing your order. Once your order is complete and has been shipped, you will receive a tracking information email.

Please be mindful that over the weekends, public holidays and religious holidays, we cannot guarantee the same time period of processing orders.

All orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the following business day.

We use DHL for most orders. Packages sent with DHL usually take 5-10 business days to arrive at their destination.

If you require your items to be expedited in a faster time frame, please specify this in the notes section on your order.

 

SHIPPING COMPLAINTS

All time-frames given for shipping are a guideline, we are not responsible for this shipping guide and cannot guarantee that the package will arrive in the time allocated.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for any property that is lost, damaged or stolen.

If you have any issues with shipping, please report to the designated shipping company with your complaints if you come across any of these issues.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

We are not responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes you may incur by your country of origin.

We advise you to familiarise yourself with your packages destination import duties, customs and local sales tax as a payment penalty may occur from customs to release your goods.

We would also advise to check on the rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. Beachgold will not be held liable for any of these issues, fees or taxes if they incur.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Beachgold offers returns, refunds and/or exchanges if there is a change of mind or if the garment is faulty beyond repair.

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the day your item arrives. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note please read the following instructions -

  1. Email our team at social@beachgoldbali.com and explain your issue or take a photo of the item.
  2. Wait for a confirmation email regarding your issue.
  3. Once you have received confirmation, the item(s) can be posted back but must be unused with Beachgold garment tags still attached, in the original packaging and packing slip invoice included. 
  4. Once your returned item has been checked and accepted, we will send you an email confirming this. 
  5. Returned items are eligible for a full refund, exchange or credit on the site, please specify what option you would like to proceed with.
  6. Refunds, exchanges and credit notes can take up to 14-days to be issued. 

Please note:

  • Any returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the refunded item.
