Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Beachgold does not offer refunds based on change of mind.
We do however offer returns, refunds or exchanges if the garment is faulty beyond repair.
To be eligible for returns and exchanges please read the following instructions -
1. Email the team at email@example.com to explain your issue or take a photo of the item.
2. Wait for a confirmation email regarding your issue.
3. Once you have received confirmation, the item(s) can be posted back but must be unused with Beachgold garment tags still attached, in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase included.
4. Once your returned item has been checked and accepted, we will send you an email confirming this.
5. Returned items are eligible for a full refund, exchange or credit on the site, please specify what option you would like to proceed with.
- Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the day your item arrives. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you an exchange or refund.
- Any returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the refunded item.
