Beachgold offers returns, refunds and/or exchanges if there is a change of mind or if the garment is faulty beyond repair. This is strictly not available for Archive Sale items marked as final sale and all headwear pieces.

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the day your item arrives. If 7 days have passed since your purchase has been marked as delivered at the designated address on your order, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund, exchange or credit note. 

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes any Archive Sale or 4 July sale. All headwear is ineligible for return.

Size Queries
Beachgold strongly encourages all customers who are unsure of their particular size to please reach out to our customer service email address to seek their advice. As each item is handmade to order we strongly encourage customers to avoid purchasing 2 of the same item across different sizes due to uncertainty regarding size. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact wherever possible and this ensures we can minimise returns and wastage.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note please read the following instructions:

  1. Once you have received confirmation, you will be required to ship the item to our designated address and time. The item(s) must be unused with Beachgold garment tags still attached, in the original packaging and packing slip invoice included. The address, located in New York, will be sent to you with approval of your request.

  2. Once your returned item has been checked and accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 5 business days for confirmation of your return.

  3. Returned items are eligible for a full refund, exchange or credit on the site, please specify what option you would like to proceed with. 

  4. Refunds, exchanges and credit notes can take up to 7-days to be issued. 
Please note:
  • Any returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • All items must have the return label still assigned to be eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the refunded item.

Requests for size exchange are subject to an exchange shipping fee of $15. Size exchanges are not eligible for return.
